Volunteerism is the practise of providing time and skills for the benefit to other people and community and causes rather than for financial benefit to get profit. When running the program Ramadhan project: Sebalang Kasih, there are some issues that are problems to handle this project.

         Among the problems encountered while carrying out this project is the issue of Covid-19. This is because, when this pandemic spreads it has a huge impact on the whole world in various aspect especially in the economy, education, tourism, and so on. This caused the project had to be conducted through online which is Google meet which involves discussion and meeting between students and supervisors to make this project a success. This is very important because it is through discussion to provide suggestion, ideas and consent to run this programme can run smoothly without any problems.

          In addition, time constraints are also a problem that occurs when this project is running. This is because this project requires time and commitment between each member of the group to ensure that this project goes well. Free time should be spent with family but must be sacrificed to ensure that the project runs well and achieves the objective of the projects. Good time management is very necessary in running this project because each member in group has to make a biscuit raya and give it to recipient. Therefore, good time management can give this project quality result and at the same time can make this project a success.

           In conclusion, although there are various problems in completing the project, with the cooperation and commitment of each group member can complete the project well and at the same time can give benefit to community in helping other people to share the joy to celebrate Hari Raya.
