INTRODUCTION

Volunteering is the activity of giving time and skills to others and causes instead of seeking financial advantage. The tactics and instruments businesses use to help staff wanting to volunteer in a work-related environment. Volunteering enables us to engage with and improve our community. Volunteering is a two-way street it may be as beneficial for us and for our family as it is to assist. The time spent as a volunteer helps us establish new acquaintances and broaden our social network.

There are a number of reasons why people choose to volunteer. For some, it gives the chance to give the community something back or make a difference. It offers others the chance to learn new skills or improve on current knowledge and expertise. Students learn life skills via volunteering and become well-rounded persons. We build life skills when we immerse our self in activities beyond our comfort areas.

Volunteering helps students become skilled, employable and better equipped to achieve their learning goals. Volunteering enables young people to gather new abilities, such as leadership, communication skills, confidence, time management and decision-making, needed in the employment market. As the young person becomes a volunteer, seize this chance to turn it into a family event. It gives us a really nice feeling when someone assists us. We feel like we are in heaven, and we should always help people to connect our support in time of need.
